To add a new IVR, select the Account > IVR menu (1) from the left navigation and then click the "+ Add IVR" button (2) in the top right of the screen

Before you can save a new IVR you'll need to enter an IVR Name (1) and made sure that all call routes are connected (2).  

To save, press the "Save" button in the top right of the screen (3) .

 

 

ADD COMPONENTS TO THE IVR

To add components to the IVR, select the desired item from the left navigation menu (1), drag the new item from the top left corner of the design grid to any location in the design grid (2) for aesthetics, and connect the call route from left to right (3) indicating how this component is utilized.

 

 

 

 

ANSWER AN INCOMING CALL WITH AN IVR MENU

To have an incoming caller directed to an IVR menu, select the Account > Phone Numbers menu from the left navigation (1), click "Edit Destination" on the telephone number desired (2), select the IVR menu from the "Phone Number Rings To" dropdown (3), and click "Save" (4).
